The patio at Kahale Makani is a perfect place to sit outdoors - grill dinner on the gas BBQ, and dine on the patio.  There are very few legal vacation rental homes / cottages in Maui that offer such a wonderful setting, with such close proximity to the beach. The property has plenty of palm trees.  The side yard leads around the house to the back, with a private garden. The vegetation gives Kahale Makani the feeling of a garden oasis. A hot/cold outdoor shower is perfect when you return from the beach covered in sand.

The living room has wood floors, TV/DVD, CD stereo, and comfy lounging furniture.
